Josh started with Integra in the Fall of 2013 and has been personal training since 2011. After graduating from UW-Milwaukee with his Bachelor’s in Kinesiology (2010) he managed an aquatic facility before continuing and completing his Master’s in Kinesiology – Exercise Physiology (2013). Josh believes strongly in building the fundamentals of form and function and the teaching of healthy living. He emphasizes a progressive approach to the development of strength and balance with special attention to posture and technique. Josh has sought out credentialing that fits his philosophy of improving a strong core base in which to build a strong overall body, including: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (2011), Functional Movement Screen -1 (2011), TRX (2012),and Corrective Exercise Specialist (2015). Josh spends his time away from work seeking out new physical outdoor activities, reading, event planning and cooking up new recipes.

Joe graduated from Marquette University with his BS in Exercise Physiology and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He has a special interest and experience in sports performance and rehabilitative exercise programming. His training philosophy focuses on functional, multi-joint movements with a strong emphasis on corrective exercise techniques to promote injury prevention. In his free time Joe enjoys working out, golfing, playing basketball and snowboarding.

Pam has been involved in the fitness industry since 2000. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Pam enjoys endurance sports and participates in races on a regular basis. Pam has completed 3 marathons as well as a number of multi-sport events including the triathlon and duathlon.

Mark is a certified athletic trainer with twenty years of experience working in sports medicine. He graduated from the University of WI-Milwaukee with a B.S. in Kinesiology and an Exercise Science sub-major. Mark has been a professional ski instructor and alpine race coach for fourteen years, seven of those at Alta UT. His training philosophy centers on addressing a clients individual needs and tailoring the workouts to meet those needs. Exercises emphasize balance, postural alignment, core and proximal stability, and training whole body functional movements. In his free time Mark enjoys training, cycling, skiing, fly fishing, and coaching his sons’ baseball and volleyball teams.

We offer one-on-one training sessions with a nationally certified personal trainer (NSCA, NASM, ACE and ACSM). The trainers design a program specific to your training needs and goals. Our trainers have various levels of education and backgrounds. The sessions are offered in 30, 45 or 60 minute blocks. Home training is also available. All of our training evaluations are done by one of our physical therapists, contributing to a fully integrated workout program.

John manages all the billing and collections. He has a Bachelor’s of Science in Physical Education with an emphasis in fitness from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. He has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist since 1993 and holds a Club Coaches Certification from the U.S. Weightlifting Federation. He also has a Post Rehab Conditioning Specialist certification from the American Association of Fitness Professionals. When not working John enjoys riding his bike and spend time with his wife and 3 daughters.

Jeff has worked as a fitness professional since 1994, working for five years as the fitness director of a major local health club. He is certified as a personal trainer through American Council on Exercise (ACE) and is a professional member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise and Fitness from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has special expertise and interest in training youth and athletes. His philosophy in working with clients centers around a science-based application of current training methods. He incorporates injury prevention first and then the progression of movement patterns. Jeff feels that all too often, intensity gets pushed before the body’s ability to handle the stresses that are met. Jeff is an avid outdoorsman and spends much of his free time in the woods and with his wife and kids.
